French C.S.C.

The French CSC was founded in 1998, but has grown over the years as a result of six separate Celtic supporters groups coming together.

This growth has been due to the efforts of the founding members but is also largely attributable to two key developments in the life of Celtic supporters everywhere: 1) the programming of live Celtic games on TV and 2) the massive increase in internet use. This dual technology has enabled members to come together to see games on TV, discuss them, exchange information and organise trips to follow Celtic through Europe.

The six Celtic groups in France which have come together are based in Marseille, Paris, Nice, Alsace, Montpellier and Brittany.
